Installation

Before Assembly:

Remove the protective film from each lighting tube before installation. Avoid applying excessive force when connecting components. Always complete a power test before mounting the system to the ceiling.

Step 1 — Assemble the Main Structure

Before installation, assemble the entire lighting system on a flat surface, such as the floor. If your kit includes a rectangular border, assemble it first. If not, proceed to Step 3.

Connect the longer LED tubes using the straight and 90° connectors to create the border. Make sure each tube is fully inserted into the connectors for a secure connection.

Step 2 — Power the Border Frame

Install the T-Connectors with Intelligent Adapters at the corners where the power cables will connect. Connect power cables at all designated locations shown on the installation diagram to ensure the border is powered evenly.

Step 3 — Build Your Lighting Pattern

Assemble the hexagonal sections by connecting the LED tubes with the appropriate elbow and Y connectors to create your desired layout. Arrange the modules according to your preferred design while ensuring all connections are fully secured.

Step 4 — Connect Power to the Lighting Grid

Install the Y-Connectors with Intelligent Adapters at the required corners or connection points where the power cables will connect. Depending on the size and layout of your lighting system, multiple power connections may be required to maintain consistent brightness across the entire grid.

Power Connection Guidelines

1 power cable supports up to 65 standard 6W tubes or 24 border 16W tubes.
Connect power cables at all locations shown on the installation diagram to ensure even power distribution throughout the lighting grid.

Step 5 — Test Before Installation

Before mounting, connect the power supply and confirm that all sections are working properly. For safety and proper installation, we recommend consulting a licensed electrician to verify your electrical setup and complete the final connection to an 85–265V power supply.
